Hello, my friend! It's been a while. c:

How are you?

Aye! Long time no chat, ey?

I've been doing fine, though I had a very busy weekend.  I had an exam and a role-play today, both went better than expected, and a media report Thursday.  Though this weekend seems like it'll be easy so I can get some of my hobby arts done.  I plan on opening up single character requests over my Thanksgiving Break, only three, so that'll keep me occupied, as well as studying for finals.  I'll make a journal with the details on that over the weekend as well.

That's life over here, how are things on your end?

I've been busy, to be honest. If it's not school work, it's applying to other school. If it's not that, its job searching. I've been trying to squeeze out a bit more art than usual as of late, but I fear I might have to completely erase that from my schedule due to school and such. I suppose I should have seen this coming, but it's too late to have any regrets. Despite all that nonsense, I've been doing alright.

Well this is one of the toughest times of our lives, actually setting up for the life we want.  I know college can be a pain and transferring can make it tougher, at least initially but who knows maybe a change is needed, but you're past the requirement for education and all school after this will be of you own volition.  As for jobs, it's great to get hired part-time to make some money to pay off debts, but if you want verity, try getting a paid internship.  I have yet to get a job but I've interned at a cyber-security  and tracking company, and I could be doing an internship with the Department of Defense or Homeland Security this summer.  So whilst a stable job is always good and should be your aim, outside experience to put on your resume is also good to have.  As for your free time, you may have to say 'goodbye' to arts for now.  I know my mother didn't have a life when she was in college, having a full time day-job with night classes she barely got any sleep.  Granted that was in the 70s-80s but it still happens.  Can't say much for my dad since he joined the army after highschool, which I do NOT recommend, especially not now.

Regardless, it's very good to hear that you seem to be handling it rather well.  Best of luck, my friend.
